Wasi Adeshina to welcome Georgian top prospect Luka Giorgadze to Fight Club Rush!

On February 24th Fight Club Rush returns to the Swedish capital city of Stockholm with what is sure to be another banger of an event. The latest fight was just added to the card, pitting flyweights Wasi "The Nigerian Jaguar" Adeshina (6-3) against Georgian prospect Luka Giorgadze (7-1).

Adeshina is currently a staple of FCR with five emphatic wins in the promotion, including knockouts over Sakhi "Machete" Qambari and Robert Nyström. Following a submission loss in his Cage Warriors debut "The Nigerian Jaguar" took to going abroad once more, defeating Norwegian phenom Jon Vetle Furuheim at CAGE 59 in Finland.

After that Adeshina was supposed to fight Waltteri Häkkinen at FCR 18, though an injury forced the Finn out of the fight. Giorgadze was then booked to step in but was also forced out of the fight. Adeshina ended up facing PFL vet Henrique Madureira, winning via second round TKO in a methodical performance.

Giorgadze has competed professionally in 2020 and holds an astonishing 86% finishing rate with five wins via knockout or TKO.

Since his first ever pro loss at the hands of still undefeated prospect Marko Bojkovic Giorgadze has rebounded with two straight wins, most recently stopping Levan Kirtadze's seven fight unbeated streak.

The FCR featherweight division is beginning to get stronger and this latest fight booking may very well produce a future title contender.
